7-Day Return & Exchange Window
If you wish to exchange a ready-to-wear size or return an unstitched suit set, please initiate your request within 7 calendar days of courier delivery.
Eligible Condition Criteria:
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, uncut, and free from fragrance, stains, or tailor markings.
• All original weave certification tags and packaging must remain intact.
• Custom-tailored bespoke orders altered to personal body measurements cannot be returned unless an atelier defect is verified.
